Hey all!
I’m here with the rest of the FortySixty Photography crew to do a commercial shoot. We all met up for the first time yesterday. Dave Allen came down from Ohio to chill with us and do some photos. Here’s a couple snaps from yesterday’s activities:

Sean and I perused a costume shop today in search of a sort of creepy, sort of cartoony bird costume for photoshoot #3. I think we found the right one. What do you think?
We have this thing for three days so I’m hoping we can have a few extra laughs with it. Will post with more updates as the days go by!

Yup, you heard right. We have about a week to cast some models we need for a large upcoming project we have in Pittsburgh, PA. We have 6 differently themed shoots to do in 7 days and it is going to make for one crazy week!

So you want to be a model photographer?
This will serve as a thorough guide to shooting models and portraits in general. If there’s something I haven’t covered that you’d like to know more about, please let me know and I will add it.
The guide will be broken down into 4 major sections:
1. Gear you’ll need
2. Locations (Studio vs. On-location)
3. Types of model photography
4. Marketing yourself and your work
